What People Are Saying

  • “I came to McKenzie with tendonitis in my ankle and my shoulder, in constant discomfort that I had been living with for months not finding recovery in other methods. Shortly after my first session I felt the pain lift away and dissipate like a cloud, feeling better than I had in months. Since then, she has worked to discover other areas of my body, old injuries that never fully recovered, that have been creating their own issues. McKenzie is so knowledgeable and excited about her work — she explains what she is discovering, helping me to understand my own body and how to use it to its fullest while still taking care of it. She is amazing!“

She has such an intuitive touch and combined with her knowledge of anatomy, she tailored the session to address my specific needs and areas of tension. I left feeling not only physically refreshed but also mentally and emotionally balanced. I highly recommend McKenzie to anyone seeking a skilled and caring massage therapist. Her dedication to her craft and commitment to her clients' well-being make her truly exceptional. I can't wait to book my next session!“

  • “Receiving McKenzie’s work changed my life. In just a few sessions of working with her I had profound emotional releases, healed from a back injury, and learned new ways to experience my body as a whole system connected rather than separate from all of its parts. I felt deeply seen and held throughout each of our sessions. Her dedication to understanding the bodies multiple dimensions from a neuromuscular in depth approach, all the way through the energetics of the bodies systems found more in the eastern approaches give her work richness of language from which to meet each person. I am so grateful for the integrity of her presence, authentic care, and attunement to my unique body/spirit needs. Thank you McKenzie for the work you do in the world.“

  • “I have to share with you how impactful my experience with McKenzie Peck has been with therapy. Over the last 15-20 years I have been dealing with hip and lower back issues. It’s mostly on and off and goes away on its own. My age and stubbornness has finally said enough, it’s time for help. I have had several sessions with McKenzie over the last few months and now feel better than I did 15 years ago. We spend a great amount of time evaluating the pain and the root cause. Who knew the body is connected at so many points? We have worked on my hips with an amazing tool called a hip hook (life changing) and several new stretching techniques with a clear schedule to prevent going backwards. What I appreciate the most about her approach is the ability to listen to my body and not what “I think” is happening because of pain. She now has a client for life. 5/5 stars, A+, shining stars & and everything in between. Please share my experience with the world and I hope she continues to change lives for the better.“

  • “I had a 90 min massage session with McKenzie last week and it was amazing! Had this tight muscle pulling, nerve pinching ailment down my right leg for the last few years and she was able to help me loosen it up. What she also helped was on my lower left back/hip that I did not realize was also tight being over worked to compensate for my funny right leg. McKenzie asked to see my range of motion prior to the session, and gave a preview, a plan of where she’ll be working on and how. This helped me to work better with her too as I haven’t been to massage therapy much and she exceeded my expectations! I know because the next day I was stretching and doing high kicks (something I haven’t done since karate days as a kid).“
